What can I expect from the event?
Prepare to be spellbound as you embark on a captivating adventure through the legendary tomb of King Tutankhamun. Transcend time and step into the shoes of archaeologist Howard Carter as you witness his groundbreaking discovery firsthand.
Will there be Artifacts on display?
Discovering King Tut’s Tomb features artifact replicas crafted by Egyptian artisans in the exact tradition of those used in Tut’s actual burial chamber.
How is the exhibition different from other experiences?
Guests will follow in the footsteps of famed archaeologist Howard Carter as he unlocked Tutankhamun’s tomb, beheld the great treasures within, and came face-to-face with the pharaoh’s mummy.

This is an indoor experience located at The Castle at Park Plaza, located at 130 Columbus Ave., Boston, MA 02116.
How long does the experience last?
This is a 35–45-minute experience for the guest based on the level of interaction during their visit.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available in the area for a fee.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality; please check if your ticket includes it.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
You can purchase merchandise at our retail store located at the front of the exhibition.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Groups
If you are a group of 10 or more, you have unlocked access to our discounted group ticket to discover! Perfect for a company team outing, large group, school groups and family reunions. To receive information regarding group discounts or general inquiries, please contact TBA and our team will reach out with additional information to complete your reservation.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Service animals are permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual. There is an audio tour that the visually impaired may enjoy, but touching the artifacts will not be possible.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Restrooms are located inside the venue space.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Flash photography is discouraged. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography is prohibited. No outside food or drinks are permitted in the Exhibition. For the safety of all guests, firearms, knives, mace, or any item that could be used to inflict harm (at the discretion of venue management) are prohibited in the venue. You may not bring chairs, easels, art supplies, or tripods into the venue.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is a coat check available?
Yes, this venue will have a coat check for a fee.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience!
Will there be an audio guide?
Yes, audio guides are available.
